We do our best to check plugins and work directly with plugin developers to prevent issues. But sometimes, you may notice that your plugins are not working like they used to.

If this is the case, there are some things you can try to help the situation. If none of the solutions work, you may need to contact the plugin’s developer team directly for further assistance.

1. Check if you’re running the plugin’s latest version

Updating the plugin will often solve things and get you back on track. If you are running an outdated version, update the plugin, quit Sketch, and relaunch to ensure the update takes effect. If your plugin has a dedicated app, like Craft or Zeplin, quit the app and relaunch it after an upgrade.

2. Check the plugin’s webpage for reports on bugs or issues

Sometimes plugin development teams post updates about bugs or issues so you can keep track of it and know when it’s solved.

3. Check your plugin’s compatibility

Sketch constantly evolves, and it may be the case that a plugin is not compatible anymore. If you’re running the latest version of Sketch, you’ll see a notification alerting you have installed an incompatible plugin and that it has been disabled.

4. Contact the plugin development team directly

Third-party developers create plugins, so if the problem persists after trying the above solutions, you will need to get in touch with them for further support and assistance.
